Supy is the leading AI-powered inventory management, procurement, and business intelligence software for multi-branch restaurants. Built in Dubai and operating in 40+ countries, our customers include Nammos, Ce La Vie, Joe & the Juice, Tashas, Burger King, and Shake Shack.
This role defines how Supy presents itself to the world. We need someone with the ambition and the skills to push the brand forward - not just maintain it.
You'll work closely with the Director of Growth to shape how Supy looks and feels across every surface - website, ads, events, social, sales collateral, and video. The scope is deliberately broad. Some days you'll be designing a trade show backboard. Other days you'll be concepting a new direction for the website or making a wildly creative video ad that stops someone mid-scroll.
This is a role for a designer who has already figured out that AI tools are not a shortcut for bad taste - they're an accelerant for people with real creative instincts. Someone who is deep in tools like Claude, Remotion, and Higgsfield, and whatever else launched this week.
We're searching for someone who doesn't resent the functional work, but who has the ambition and the talent to go well beyond it.

- Manage the shared marketing asset library so the whole team can self-serve
- Experience designing for digital or software products - SaaS, app, or digital platform. A background in print or traditional agency alone won't work here.
- Real design craft - typography, layout, colour, composition. You know the rules and you know when to break them.
- Experience owning work end-to-end and delivering without hand-holding - not a junior or assisted position.
- Webflow - you can actually build and edit pages, not just hand off Figma files to a developer.
- Already using AI creative tools seriously - Claude, Remotion, Midjourney, Runway, or similar. Not experimenting for the first time.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- At ease moving between brand identity, motion design, Webflow, and campaign creative - you don't have a single lane and you don't want one.
- Self-directed with a strong creative point of view - we're not a studio with a heavy-handed creative director overseeing every pixel.
- A perspective on where B2B brands are going, and what's possible with AI that most designers haven't tried yet.
- Arabic speaker
- Experience in B2B SaaS
Fully remote. We're open to candidates anywhere in the world, provided you have reasonable timezone overlap with Dubai (UTC+4). You'll be joining a small, ambitious marketing team and will have real creative influence from day one.
